Individual, Couples and Family Therapy

Our clinicians bring a wealth of experience in treating a variety of presenting concerns. Each of our clinicians is licensed in their respective mental health field by the State of Minnesota. We work hard to ensure that our services are provided with the highest levels of professionalism, respect for our clientele, and regard for all relevant ethical considerations. Collectively we have expertise in treating all age ranges. Therapy styles vary by clinician and include a variety of different schools of psychotherapy including cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, and other schools of therapeutic thought.

Psychological Testing/Evaluation

We have several psychologists on staff with special expertise in performing psychological evaluations. Whether the evaluation is at the request of another human service worker, the courts, or for purposes of diagnostic clarification, our psychologists can help provide this service.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a therapeutic technique that has been available since the late 1980’s. Numerous scientific research studies have proven EMDR to be highly effective in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder. The Department of Veteran Affairs/ Department of Defense placed EMDR in the “A” Category as “strongly recommended” for the treatment of trauma. Insurance Coverage

Our staff is in network with the vast majority of insurance carriers in the area including, but not limited to: BCBS, Blue Plus, Health Partners, Medica, Preferred One, Medicaid, Medicare, UCare, South Country Health Alliance (SCHA), and a large number of others. In contrast to some private practices, Mental Health Professionals processes the insurance billing for our clientele.
